About Ken Turner

Ken Turner’s love for Southern Gospel Music was fostered throughout his childhood years, mostly in his grandfather’s country church near Siloam Springs, AR.  He can remember singing the old hymns like "Camping in Canaan’s Land”, "Do Lord" and "I'll Fly Away" with Grandpa preaching and Grandma playing the piano.  His singing career started in 1970 with "The Tulsa Boy Singers", in multiple iterations of Sacred Call over the years, and most recently with Abundance Quartet, based out of Branson, MO.  He has also served as a worship leader in various churches in past years. Ken's favorite scripture verse can be found in Isaiah 55:6-7 which says, “Seek the Lord while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake their ways and the unrighteous their thoughts. Let them turn unto the Lord, and He will have mercy on them, and to our God, for He will freely pardon.”
